Family Matters Online Training
This ia a helpful resource from Barnardos to help to manage any anxiety children may be feeling due to lockdown and the corona virus. Also useful for parents to help them recognise and manage any anxiety they may be feeling about returning to school in September. If parents can look at something with their child over the holidays, if they haven’t done already, it could help their child manage big emotions moving towards transition back into school and hopefully make for a happier child over the holidays.

The Helpful Workbook and the Managing Uncertainty booklet could also benefit children and parents over the holidays.
